By continuing with your order, you are confirming that you have succesfully worn the lenses before, and that you are under the care of a professionally licensed eye care provider or contact lens fitter. You are also confirming that you are adhering to your eye care provider's recommended wear schedule.

2. I have never worn contacts before. How do I order?

Before placing an order with us, you will need to obtain a contact lens fitting from a certified contact lens fitter or eye care professional. When doing this, you will establish the brand of lens and prescription parameters that will be safe for you to wear. Once you have this information, place an order online or call us at 1-877-335-8745.

3. I have an eyeglass prescription. Can I order contacts?

To order contact lenses, you must have a valid contact lens prescription, you must have your contact lens parameters and brand information available, and you must be keeping up to date with eye appointments.

4. How do you check my prescription?

By ordering from our store, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions of sale. If you require that we double check your prescription for accuracy -- please fax a copy of the prescription to 1-888-414-1073 or leave us your doctor's name and phone number. Please call us if you are unsure of what you have ordered.

5. How long do I wear my contacts for?

Please adhere to your eye care provider's recommended wear schedule, or the manufacturer's suggested wear schedule.

6. Why have a regular eye exam?

To maintain eye health and to check for problematic symptoms related to contact lens wear. Not all symptoms are obvious, and require the care of a licensed optometrist.

7. How long does it take to receive my contacts?

Typical delivery times with standard shipping in Eastern Canada will be 3 to 5 business days including processing time. Western Canada could take 3 to 7 business days including processing time. Processing times may vary depending on the product you are ordering and the time that you order, but typically range between 1 to 2 business days. For example, if you place your order on Friday after 3:00 PM, it will be reviewed and prepared on Monday and then picked up by the post office on Tuesday morning. If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, your package should deliver on Wednesday. Once your order ships, we will email you with a tracking number.

8. How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order number. You will be able to view and track the progress of your order online. We will also email you with tracking information once the order ships. You can track the status of a Canada Post shipment at www.canadapost.com. UPS shipments can be tracked at www.ups.com.

9. Do you offer local pick-up?

At this time, we only offer mail order services. This allows us to process a large volume of contact lens orders systematically, fast, and efficiently. Home delivery is a convenient, value-added benefit offered exclusively through ContactsExpress.ca
