30 Day Return Policy
Unopened, original condition 6-pack contact lens boxes may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Full credit will be issued for returns that meet this condition, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Opened lens boxes or lens boxes that have been written on, or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted.
How to Return Your Contacts
Please request a return authorization number through customer service prior to returning any items. Use a sturdy box to send your contacts back in -- we will not be able to credit for items that arrive crushed or damaged. Send items via a traceable shipping method to:

The lenses that we sell are the exact same as you would receive from any optical retailer and we inspect our items to ensure the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us for information. Keep all packaging and lenses in question as they will need to be returned. We extend the manufacturer's warranty offerings to our customers. Typically this will involve you sending the lens box(es), packaging and lenses in question back, in exchange for brand new sealed box(es). We cannot issue refunds for defective items. The manufacturers require that any defects be reported within 90 days. If the first lens in a box is fine, typically the remainder of your supply will be of the same quality.
90 Day Prescription Change Policy
If your prescription changes, call us for return authorization and instructions. We will accept unopened, original condition 6-pack contact lens boxes for credit towards your new prescription.
