Frozen contacts
My contact lens packages arrived frozen today. I was disappointed so I called customer service and spoke with Ben. He immediately was empathetic and supportive. He said if any of my lenses are damaged after thawing I can call them and they would replace them. He also provided a $20 credit to use towards shipping or any of their products. He put my mind at ease and my anxiety level definitely went down. Thank you Ben for great customer service! I will definitely be using this company again
